A: We email you a form which you sign and return to us by email, fax or post confirming you want to proceed. The Dealer then gets in touch to arrange everything as usual!

Q:Do you take Part Exchanges?
A: Yes! Because we don't supply the bikes ourselves and are simply putting buyers together with suppliers, you get to take advantage of all the usual dealer facilities. Simply tell us on the request form which bike you have, all the details, and we will get you a price.

Q: Who do I pay my money to and when do I pay it?
A: You pay the dealer! Once you have placed the order the dealer will contact you to take a deposit, you pay the rest of the money to the dealership by bankers’ draft or another accepted payment method on collection. So you will view your bike before you part with your money. You can also take advantage of any dealership or manufacturer finance offers such as 0% or cashback.

Q: Do I get any warranties?
A: Yes, as you are purchasing from a UK main dealership, your warranties are exactly the same as if you order the bike from your local dealership. This means that the manufacturer will pay any UK main dealer of your choice to do warranty work.
