The North - Petrol Stations that discriminate against Bikers
1. Les Walkden Ltd Texaco - MARKET STREET ADLINGTON CHORLEY LANCASHIRE PR7 4HF
See the story on the main page.
2. Tesco Express Esso - Broughty Ferry, Dundee, Scotland
This is a new build, only been open for about a month. It started off well, no helmet removal required. However, recently you must take your helmet off to fuel up and to pay. I went in for just cigarettes the other night, and the girl wouldn't serve me until I had removed my lid. Asked to speak to the manager, who told me it was company policy, on questioning this, he then went onto say that he had also had 5 or 6 bikers riding off without paying, but, it's nothing personal against me - awww, how nice. Gone back to Sainsburys, who seem to be (at the moment) biker friendly. Regards Craig

3. Texaco Heworth- (York)
I filled up at TEXACO (Heworth) York a couple of days ago, then saw a sign that reads similar to: \'motorbikers please remove all helmets\' and thought WHY? although they haven\'t actually insisted i do it yet.. if they do i will be posting again...
